Do you allow pets?

Eastridge-We allow 1 cat with an additional pet deposit of $600. Dogs are not allowed.

Park Lane- no pets.

Are the photos of actual units?

Yes, photos are of actual units.

What are rental requirements?

You are required to complete a TAA rental application and sign a resident qualifying criteria form. There is a non-refundable Application Fee of $65 per adult in certified funds. Your application will be evaluated based on Rental History, Criminal Background, Credit History, Income and Ability to Pay Rent. Rental insurance is required.

How much is the Security Deposit?

Deposits are $700. The deposit is returned less any damages when you move out.

How much is the application fee and is it refundable?

Application fee is $65 per person and is non-refundable.

Is there an administration fee?

Yes, it is just $95 and is non-refundable..

What is the length of a lease?

All leases are 12 months. If you wish to move in during the middle of a month, that month will be prorated.

How is parking?

There is 1 reserved assigned space per residence.

Are there any other fees?

Trash and recycling are 1 additional fee.

What am I responsible for?

Electricity, Alarm monitoring, Phone/Internet cable, rental insurance

What about Safety?

As a whole crime statistics in the neighborhood are lower than the city of Dallas as a whole. And in condo communities, even lower. Alarm systems are in all units, door locks are reinforced.
